Review policy

Who can review

• Reviewers must verify with a business email address. We do not accept anonymous or personal-email reviews.
• Reviewers must have worked with the expert. We may ask for evidence.

What we do with reviews

• We do not delete negative reviews because an expert or a sponsor asks. We remove a review only if it breaks the rules below.
• Experts can reply publicly to any review.
• We show a star rating only when an expert has three or more reviews. Below that, individual reviews are shown without an average.

What we remove

• Reviews that are fake, paid for, or written by the expert or their relatives
• Reviews with abuse, discrimination, or personal data
• Reviews from reviewers who cannot verify a business email

Disputes

If you believe a review breaks these rules, email info@workwithchina.org. We review the evidence, and keep the review up while we do.
